    Aircraft leased from established operators with full technical support and maintenance to international standards.

    Trained, current crews

    Pilots, engineers and cabin crew trained and checked on type, with recurrent training throughout the year.

    Everyone at Mano Air is expected and encouraged to report hazards, without fear of blame.

    Safety management system

    Risks identified, assessed and managed systematically, with oversight from the top of the company.

    We will not fly if it isn't safe

    Weather, runway condition or a technical concern: we delay or cancel rather than take a risk.
